While the rain falls ,we learn boundaries. We have pouring rain, and while we’re still going outside every hour in the rain when it lets up we have challenges. The pens i use are large puppy exercise pens. Blankets, toys, food /water and my secret weapon…a frozen Kong with pnut butter and dehydrated liver. Instant quiet.
The puppies continue to grow and thrive. I’ve observed personalities and the differences are really surprising.
we are still searching for foster homes for 2. These are very easy puppies in my experience.
white paw, as I refer to her is fearless, most social and is so happy go lucky. Yellow collar is her sidekick. Very funny and social. She’ll do great with positive training in most any environment. Now my little girl is the runt…she is barely 15 lbs while the other sisters are 20+ we observed she is separate from her sisters. While they all play, because of her size they can take advantage. Most times she is with us while the sisters tear through the yard.
we’ve decided to call her Ebony. She is doing so well. She is learning and so smart. One correction (she is an extremely soft temperament) …gently and she doesn’t seem to forget…possible obedience trial puppy? Focus is definitely there. Til later. Have a blessed memorial day.
